Class Descriptions

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Strength, agility, body control, endurance. Functional training is all this! You train according to your fitness level but are guaranteed a challenge! The training uses equipment like bars, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, medicine balls, and body weight.

INDOOR CYCLING

An indoor cycling class set to music. The class improves muscle endurance, especially in the lower limbs, and effectively develops aerobic fitness. Spinning is suitable for people of varying fitness levels and ages; everyone can adjust the resistance to match their fitness level and get the most out of the session.

KETTLEBELL

Kettlebell training is a whole-body functional workout that develops strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. The class practices kettlebell techniques and performs an effective workout using kettlebells. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, and no prior experience with kettlebells is required.

PILATES

Pilates is a form of exercise that strengthens the core deep muscles, deepens breathing, and teaches correct physiological movement. Pilates combines techniques from gymnastics and ballet. Most movements are performed on the floor.

RVP (THIGH-ABDOMEN-GLUTE)

The "RVP" class focuses on strengthening and sculpting the lower and mid-body muscles. The class performs a variety of exercises using a step board, additional weights, resistance bands, and body weight. Mainly composed of muscle conditioning movements, aerobic sections are also used to enhance fat burning. An effective class!

FASCIA METHOD

The Fascia Method is a Finnish physiotherapist-developed body maintenance method. The class performs dynamic flexibility exercises following the body's muscle action chains. Special attention is given to typically tight muscle groups, targeting them with dynamic stretches. Improving movement control is also a key component. The class is suitable for everyone.

BODY MAINTENANCE

Seeking mobility by moving from one movement to another without long stretches. Dynamic stretching achieves a range of motion in joints and teaches how to control the full range of joint motion. For versatility, longer static stretches are also performed towards the end. Sometimes, foam rollers and fascia balls are also used.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a very calm and restorative form of yoga, allowing one to let go of the day's stress and possibly discover new dimensions of one's body and mind. The calming effect of Yin yoga comes from its long-held poses, which deeply penetrate the body's connective tissues, ligaments, and fascia network. This well-being yoga class increases your body's mobility and effectively relieves tension.

Zumba

Zumba is a dance class where the joy of exercise and the diversity of dance styles stand out. Zumba combines simple dance steps with alternating fast and slow Latin rhythms, raising and lowering the heartbeat. Zumba is perfect for those interested in different dance styles, regardless of dance background.

Healthy Back

The Healthy Back class focuses on improving posture, body control, and spinal mobility. The class performs muscle conditioning exercises, stretches, and challenges balance. The execution tempo is slightly slower, making it easy to keep up. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Strength + Mobility

The Strength + Mobility class uses the body diversely and develops strength using additional weights and body weight. It provides support for joints while adding more functionality to the body. An excellent workout for those who want to develop and maintain a functional body.
