Jenni is a seasoned professional in the fitness and wellness industry from Lahti. She specializes as a maternity and pelvic floor physiotherapist and has expertise in physiotherapy for musculoskeletal disorders (TULES), particularly issues around the pelvic area. Besides physiotherapy, Jenni works as a Personal Trainer and also leads group fitness classes. With nearly 15 years of experience as a Pilates instructor, she has a solid foundation in understanding the pelvis and core, along with a comprehensive repertoire of movements for both rehabilitation and intense strength training.

As a coach, I emphasize the importance of each client learning to use their core correctly. The core is the center of all movement and the powerhouse of our body. I would broadly count the muscles from the pelvis up to the upper back as part of the core. For some of my clients, finding support from the shoulder blades, deep abdominal muscles, and glutes comes more easily than for others. It's crucial to learn where to generate strength from, and sometimes this requires various tricks to engage even the lazier supporting muscles. Training women, considering hormonal changes throughout all stages of life, as well as the importance of nutrition, breathing, and rest, are key cornerstones when I design your coaching path. For all these reasons, I highly value personalized coaching, where exercises can be tailored to your specific needs.
