COACHING SERVICES

All coaching begins with a free initial meeting that is completely risk-free and does not obligate you to anything. The purpose of the meeting is also to ensure that I am the right coach for you.

 

Individual Coaching

As the name suggests, this is a package designed according to the individual's goals, wishes, and resources.

  • Training programs and their updates
  • Coach support throughout the coaching
  • Monitoring of training also outside of meetings
  • Training sessions conveniently in a mobile app, which also functions as a training diary
  • Nutrition

 

Small Group Coaching

Enjoyable training in a good group!

  • Group training sessions once a week
  • An updating training program for independent workouts
  • Initial and final testing
  • Clear nutritional guidance
  • Support from the coach and group (common WhatsApp group)

Small group coaching is best suited for trainees with some experience in gym workouts but whose training has paused (maybe even for a long time) or is irregular.
